1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Maraki Consultancy ("Company", "we", "our"), including our website, student portal, and consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Maraki Consultancy provides educational consulting services including but not limited to:

University and program selection guidance
Application processing and submission
Visa application assistance
Document preparation and review
Pre-departure orientation
Scholarship and financial aid guidance

We act as consultants and facilitators. Final admission and visa decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and embassies.

3. Registration & Fees

A non-refundable registration fee is required to initiate your application process.
Service fees are due as outlined in your signed service agreement.
Fee amounts vary by destination country and are communicated prior to registration.
Payment schedules and methods will be provided at the time of registration.

4. Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable. Service fees may be partially refundable depending on the stage of your application, as outlined in your service agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our office.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in all documents and applications
Submit required documents within the specified deadlines
Attend scheduled appointments and respond to communications promptly
Pay all applicable fees on time
Notify us immediately of any changes in your personal information or circumstances

6. Limitation of Liability

Maraki Consultancy shall not be held liable for:

Rejection of applications by universities or institutions
Visa denials by embassies or consulates
Delays caused by third-party institutions or government agencies
Changes in admission requirements, visa policies, or tuition fees by external parties
Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the client

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Maraki Consultancy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Student Portal

Access to the student portal is provided exclusively to registered clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to our operations or reputation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
